We are a French-Vietnamese couple looking for long term housemates who are friendly and tidy for 2 common rooms in a huge mansion.
The whole unit is 1800 sqft, consists of 3 bed rooms (2 commons and 1 master), 3 toilets, 1 maid room, kitchen, huge living room. The mansion is newly renovated, fully furnished, walking distance to:
· Caldecott MRT: 5 mins walk
· Braddell MRT: 7 mins
· Nearby has food courts, wet market and nature (10-15 mins walk to MacRitchie)
About the common room: super spacious, big wardrobes, desk, chair, queen-size bed, curtain and air-con are provided. You just need to bring your luggage and settle in. Note: the photos are without the furniture to show you how big the place is, rest assured that the room is fully equipped when you come for room viewing.
Facilities: Braddell View has full facilities, which includes swimming pool, gym room, tennis court, BBQ pits, basement car park, mini mart, playground, 24 hours security and function room.
Maid will come weekly to clean the house. PUB and maid fee to be shared equally.
Not staying with owner, no agent fee. 1-month deposit is required.
